Ondřej is the founder and main shareholder of PETERKA & PARTNERS Law firm Ltd.
Ondřej manages the provision of legal assistance for many global leaders from various industries.
He began his legal practice in Paris where he worked in the American law firm Coudert Brothers and later in the French law firm Sokolow Dunaud, Mercadier & Carreras. From 1996, he practiced law as a substitute attorney-at-law in the French law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel in Prague, and from 1998 he, with his team, rendered legal services as an independent attorney-at-law under the business name Gide Loyrette Nouel. In 2000, Ondřej established PETERKA & PARTNERS advokátní kancelář s.r.o. while in 2023 he has founded PETERKA & PARTNERS Law firm d.o.o. in Croatia.
For 15 years, Ondřej served as European Co-Vice Chair of the international network of independent law firms TerraLex®.

He has provided legal advice to a number of international groups, including legal advice relating to the purchase and sale of several administrative buildings in Prague valued at over EUR 120 million and legal advice relating to the acquisition of one of the largest Czech food producers.
Jan has also advised major Czech banks, in connection with numerous export and structured finance transactions in CEE and the CIS.

Hynek is the founder and shareholder of PETERKA & PARTNERS Law firm Ltd. He focuses mainly on litigation and arbitration, finance, public contracts, corporate and intellectual property. His wide experience across multiple areas of law and business sectors over the course of his twenty-five years of practice throughout Central and Eastern Europe enables him to efficiently handle both domestic and cross-border transactional and litigation matters.
Hynek regularly advises market leaders from a broad range of business sectors, including a dozen of Fortune 500 and CAC 40 corporations, as well as innovative midsized companies.
In his litigation and arbitration practice, he focuses on commercial litigation and arbitration of all types. He represents clients operating in a wide range of sectors, such as banking, energy and infrastructure, construction, machinery, automotive, air and road transportation, pharmaceuticals and life sciences, professional services, and luxury and retail. He has acted as a counsel in arbitrations under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce, Vienna International Arbitration Centre and the Arbitration Court attached to the Arbitration Court attached to the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic.
In banking and finance matters, Hynek has advised and represented several banks in a number of cases of defaulting export loans in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, and Slovakia, as well as in numerous Czech domestic matters including litigations, arbitrations, insolvencies, debt restructurings and legal due diligences related to export financing. He has advised Škoda Auto, the largest Czech car producer regarding its relationships with assemblers of Skoda cars from semi-knocked-down kits in Ukraine and Kazakhstan and dealers in these territories, financing banks and an export insurance company, and has assisted RCI Banque with the establishment and running of a factoring scheme used for the financing of car dealers within the distribution networks of Renault, Dacia and Nissan in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
In the area of public contracts and utilities, Hynek has advised companies from Veolia Group with respect to several public concessions concerning the operation and maintenance of public water supply and sewerage networks and has worked on such matters in the Czech Republic, Romania and Poland; he has also represented a Veolia subsidiary in litigations and an arbitration related to a complex dispute over the validity of an asset deal and a lease of water infrastructure in a Czech regional capitals, and in negotiations on and in implementation of a settlement of this almost twenty years long dispute, which consisted in a creation of a new complex model of operating water and wastewater infrastructure in the region, involving the client, a municipal company owning the water infrastructure and municipalities.
In the area of intellectual property, Hynek advises and represents clients on all aspects of intellectual property creation, protection, exploitation, and the enforcement of clients’ intellectual property rights and defence against third parties’ intellectual property-based claims, and focuses especially on intellectual property related litigations. Among others, he has represented a Czech subsidiary of Mapa Spontex, a member of Newell Brands group, in a patent litigation before Czech courts and the Czech Patent Office, coordinated with parallel proceedings in several European countries, and Krka, a Slovenian producer of pharmaceuticals, in a litigation before Czech courts over a utility design protecting the composition of a pharmaceutical product.

Anja advises clients in the field of commercial law, corporate law, banking and finance, and real estate, and represents clients before the courts and other competent state bodies.
Anja manages PETERKA & PARTNERS office in Zagreb. She is a member of several of the firm's practices: those focusing on corporate legal matters, banking and finance, compliance and regulatory, real estate, and litigation.
Anja’s previous work experience includes the independent management of a large number of financing projects (including financing of the construction of large holiday resorts, construction and/or purchase of commercial and residential buildings, and financing of the purchase of business shares), providing daily legal support to a large number of companies (including to a world-renowned international furniture retail chain, to one of the largest Croatian companies in the food industry, to a large international bank, and to companies whose business activity is focused on the purchase, sale and management of real estate), and representation of clients in litigation, enforcement, and bankruptcy proceedings.
Before joining the firm, Anja also gained experience in delisting shares from the Zagreb Stock Exchange, in squeeze out procedures, and in due diligence procedures.
Anja is currently enrolled as a Postgraduate student of Commercial and Company Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Zagreb.

Marija is mainly advising clients in the fields of insolvency and restructuring, debt collection, litigation and commercial law. She is a member of several firm's practices which are focusing on litigation and insolvency and banking and finance.
She is very experienced in representing and advising clients in insolvency and bankruptcy procedures, as well as complex debt collection procedures and restructuring. Marija’s work also includes advising clients in NPL transactions and regulatory aspects of debt collection.
Her relevant work encompasses providing daily legal support to the clients working in different business sectors (e.g., tourism, retail, real estate), participating in due diligence and representation of the clients in various litigation, enforcement and administrative procedures.
Marija is also engaged in supporting clients in the field of banking and finance providing financing advice to clients, drafting pledges and securities and assisting clients in all aspects of financing arrangements. She is also participating in advising international and domestic clients on legal and regulatory aspects of financial transactions.
Before joining the firm, Marija gained extensive work experience as an attorney at law in a large law firm predominantly advising foreign and domestic legal entities, in which she was mainly involved in the work of insolvency and restructuring, litigation and commercial law departments.
